Pat grew up in Wichita, Kansas, graduating from Kansas Sate University with a Business & Interior Design degree. Business & Interior Design was a natural fit for her career where she up her creative talents to work owning ladies' clothing stores, a restaurant, a construction company, and several real estate & rental companies.

She began her SW Florida Real Estate career on 5th Avenue in Naples with "The Florida Good Life Team", selling the largest hoe in Naples that year. She worked "on-site" for 4 major developers, site sales & floor planning, and building rental companies.

Those years of valuable experience helps her today point customers in the right direction when they are looking for the perfect property to own or rent. She can also provide valuable information as to the area's best restaurants, shopping, marinas and things to do!

Pat is an avid boater and a licensed Captain. She has navigated to Key West, Tampa & up the locks to Lake Okeechobee. Knowing the local waters & tides has been a tremendous help to boating customers with waterfront housing decisions.
